The Willamette Association of REALTORS® (WAOR) was created in 1997 when the Albany and Corvallis Boards of REALTORS® merged. WAOR now serves nearly 500 members in both Linn and Benton Counties. WAOR is governed by a local Board of Directors, all of whom are elected REALTORS® members who have volunteered their time to serve the Association. The Willamette Association of REALTORS® is the local entity of the three entities that serve Realtors® members, the other two being the Oregon Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTOR® – the largest trade organization in the United States with over 1,000,000 members.
